Edem GmbH was founded in 2024 in the European Union. It is a subsidiary of the Ukrainian group Polunichka, which has been successfully operating on the market for over 19 years and manages a network of 83 stores.
In July 2025, we opened the first SecretEDEM boutique in Freiberg (Saxony, Germany).
