Payment and Delivery Terms

Delivery (DHL)

We strive to ensure fast and convenient delivery of every order. Below are details on processing, delivery times and costs.

1. Order processing

Orders received before 16:00 (Central European Standard Time (Berlin)) are processed on the day of order, after 16:00 the next business day.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).

Order processing time is 0–1 days.

After payment is processed and confirmed, we prepare the order for shipment.

2. Delivery times (DHL)

Estimated delivery time after order processing: 2–3 days (within Germany).
Delivery is carried out on working days (Monday to Friday)

3. Total time to receive your order

Taking into account processing and delivery, you will receive your order approximately within 2–4 working days from the moment of placing it (depending on the delivery region).

4. Delivery cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown in the cart / during checkout.

Fixed delivery cost - €5.95.

5. Tracking & discretion

After dispatch, you will receive a DHL tracking number.

We ship in neutral, discreet packaging with no indications of the contents.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide you with the correct return information and address.

Please note: Hygiene and intimate products may be excluded from return if they have been unsealed/opened or used—unless the item is defective or was delivered damaged.

When requesting a return, please provide your order number and briefly describe the reason for the return.
